Everyone I’ve seen here so far is very friendly. I always see someone cleaning when I take my kids here to play in the kids play area. But the play set always looks pretty dirty. I don’t think that part gets clean very often. Besides that the floor, tables and seats and high chairs all look like they get clean regularly though.

I’ve been to this store several times because it is the closest to my house. This location is wildly inconsistent with both their food and their service. I can’t think of a time when one of the two wasn’t bad. Mistakes on the order, cold fries, over salted fries, and undercooked eggs have only been some of the problems we’ve had. We’ve sat in line at the drive thru for 10-15 at times. One of the drive thru screens has been broken for weeks. You’d think with as busy this store is they’d be better prepared to handle their traffic.

Ordered breakfast on the app. Got to the restaurant at 10:32am, and they wouldn’t give me my order because it was after 10:30. Nowhere on the app did it say I needed to be there before 10:30 in order to get my food. So I paid 27$ for breakfast (which came out my account), drove the 20 mins to McDonald’s to grab breakfast for my kids, and left with nothing Because I was “2 minutes late”. Will never go back to this McDonalds. It would’ve taken them no time to just make my order.
