They clearly need more help. If you want to eat in the restaurant, they have a kiosk for ordering, but if you need to talk to an actual human, you can plan on being ignored in favor of the drive-through. The food is typical mcdonalds, and it is always good, but on this particular visit, we left without getting food because we didn’t like how we were treated.

We had a online order that got canceled and they would not refund us for it and made us pay another $50 and instead of handling it in a proper way, they were being complete a**holes to us and screaming at us, like it was not our fault we were just hungry and wanted food, but that was a problem for them, the worst employee was the manager, I don’t know how she got the manager position for how she was treating us with such disrespect, and all we wanted was our food. Never coming to the benzie McDonald’s ever again.
