This store has gone downhill. I get it’s hard to keep help but training the help you have correctly could improve this restaurant. We ordered inside and it took 15 minutes to get my order. It was only 3 sausage muffins. The kid up front just stood there taking multiple orders and let everyone’s food just sit there. Finally a manager came over and threw the food on the counter and walked away.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I’ve been here twice in the last 3 months and every experience has been abysmal. I just waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and never got my food. Ended up walking in and asking for a refund and instead of finding order she rang it up again and cancelled it for a lesser amount. My original total was $16.60 and she gave me back $15.01. Probably paid 10 dollars in gas idling. The other McDonalds do not have whatever issue is going down at this establishment, but I’d avoid this one if you want to have a good time.

Very disappointed! I understand that we live in a time when places are understaffed, but how hard is it to get the famous McDonald’s fries right? Keep them in the fryer a little longer. This is not just this location. Other McDonald’s locations have been doing the same thing. Soggy fries are not appealing. Also, ordered no onions on my burger. Guess what? There were onions. I scraped them off, but geez.

if i could give absolute negative stars i would. just got off my shift at work and wanted a quick snack. i come in, and it takes the employees/manager. 7 minutes to acknowledge me. HORRIBLE customer service coming from a manager to manager. extremely impolite. ordered a medium fry. a ranch cup. and a large drink. never got a ranch but thats typical. and didnt even stick around to ask for one because of the attiude from the manager. havent been to this place in close to a year. now i realized why.
