I went with my girlfriend to get some McDonalds for dinner and after almost finishing the Hi-c we noticed little black specs in the drink that resembles dead ants. Their phone line is down and the manager of the other store doubted I was telling the truth and was very rude but what else is expected from Mcdongals employees?

They handed me a frappe without whipped cream and because I acted displeased, she moved me ahead to wait on chicken nuggets…10 min wait! Only car in drive thru and they thought it was funny. Very unprofessional staff, including the “manager”. P.s By acting displeased, I rolled my eyes and told her had I known that, I wouldn’t have ordered it. She asked if I was serious.

I go to this McDonald’s daily to get coffee with 10 sugar in three cream seems like three times a week they mess it up I called the manager this morning for her to tell me I was wrong that she put three creamers and sugar into it when clearly she didn’t even on the outside of the coffee cup the white paper they put on there says 3 cream 5 sugar when they make the coffee right it’s a good cup of coffee what’s customer service sucks
