We went thru drive thru ordered 2 mcchicken sandwiches and 2 ice cream cones which came to 7.78 the cashier said over 9$ I said no not correct after explaining my order and her getting someone she said oh ya your right. Then I gave her cash she turned to us and said it just gave me a penny and I was to get 22 cents she thought I’d except the penny I said get the 21 cents please. She looked at me like really it wasn’t the 21 cents it was the principal of all if this then she got someone again and oh the drawer was stuck Then we pulled to next window and received the smallest cone I’ve ever seen for 1.99$ each what a rip off. Very frustrating

1st of all, your automated drive thru is ANOYING! 2hdly your automated drive thru can’t get the order corret! 3rdly , because your automated disservice the actual person should have just canceled the order and started over. 4rthly I have never been charged for dipping sauce that is supposed to come with the nuggets! But that was due to the auto make -mistakes-service. It took the sauces off the order, then added them back and CHARGED ME FOR THEM! Don’t worry, I WON’T BE BACK!

They were busy so it took over 10 minutes to get thru drive up, which is understandable. Getting an undercooked hash brown though was not. With it being so busy I didn’t want to wait to get the issue resolved so I just won’t eat the hash brown. Disappointed. I hate paying for something that’s a waste.

Service is super slow. Arrived in the drive thru by 10:05am. Paid for my order at 10:23, Got to the window to pick up my food at 10:29am only to get pulled ahead to wait some more. 10:42 my order was brought out to my vehicle. Almost 40min to go through the drive thru.
