When you pay money for food you expect to get your complete order and what you paid for so when you order a medium fry you expect to get a medium fry not a small fry in a medium box! I would have went in but i had a sleeping kid in the back seat. I had it ran put because I was on a time limit and the drive through had a few cars in line. Also tired of ordering my sandwiches without condiments and getting everything on them it’s super annoying I don’t complain about it alot because I just scrape it off if I can tolerate it but again you order and ask for it a certain way you expect it to be made that way because that’s what you paid for! also I added bacon and cheese THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR and didn’t receive it I got a chicken sandwich with Mayo and lettice and nothing else. I know mistakes are made but lately it’s been ALOT and it’s a waste of money to pay for something that you didn’t receive!

First time dining inside here and it was a disaster. After ordering through the self-serve kiosk, we had to stand and wait 10 minutes for a table to open up. There are about 8 tables inside this place, so if you plan on dining in, snatch a table before ordering. After we managed to find a table, our order was brought to us, but no cups for drinks. We asked the gal who brought the order for cups, and we were rudely told that we had to go up to the counter and get them ourselves. Why not put the cups on the tray before taking the food to a table? I do not recommend dining inside.

Ordered my usual last night 7/23 deluxe quarter pounder with large fry, no drink. The kid who was taking my order told me I needed to add a drink or he couldn’t proceed with the order. He was extremely rude arguing with me about having to order a drink, I told him to get a manager, manager resolved the issue in 5 seconds and took my order WITH NO DRINK. The kid and manager didn’t even bother to apologize. They were so behind on orders all parking spots were taken for waiting on orders. Employees coming to the parking lot were so lost and confused whos order was whos, it was like watching chickens with their heads cut off. Fries were great, but the cheese on my burger was slapped on the patties and weren’t even melted. I won’t be giving this place anymore business.
