Sloppy food I’ve never ever had food delivered to us like this 4 out of 5 burgers were sloppy. 3 out of 5 hamburgers were made wrong. Specifically stated on ticket how to make it. French fries were cold. When started to worker she said I brought them fresh. Excuse me no you couldn’t have. Do you going to argue with me? How rude!!!

If your looking to get breakfast early in the AM, this may not be the best option. Today makes my 4th time stoping to get breakfast and coffee on my way into work, only to be told sorry our system is updating. The hours say open at 5:30 that should be changed to 6:30.

We stopped in around 6pm on our way through town and the manager or shift supervisor was yelling at the crew at the top of his lungs. Made customers very uncomfortable. When our food came up he basically just tossed the bag on the counter and walked away. I understand it’s McDonalds, but what happened to making customers feel welcomed. I’ll skip this location in the future and find other fast food options when we drive through town on the way from here to there.

Not too fond of this place, they always park me when I go thru drive thru, and once they gave my order to someone else leaving me wait parked for a long time before someone asked what I was waiting for. So then I ended up having to wait even longer for them to make my order again, just ridiculous and not even an apology or free food for their mistakes, it makes me never wanting to go back. Sad service and for what they pay them it should be better service.

Last few times I’ve been there I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes to get the food I ordered, and the workers seem to think that’s a normal thing at a fast food restaurant telling me ” it’s only been 20 minutes ” if I wanted to wait that long for some food I would’ve been dining in at an actual restaurant. Came in to eat and 2 medium fries were cold and so when I returned them to the counter they looked at me like it was an inconvenience to give hot food that I paid for. Then the employees behind the counter to include the manager thought it was funny and irritating that I asked them to make it right. 30 minutes after we ordered, we finally got them after speaking with someone else. Won’t be back..

The fries were cold, two of three sandwiches were made wrong and the only smoothie we ordered was completely melted and not even full. The staff was rude and dismissive. My kids and I have been to this location three times and of those three times, the only time that deserved a 5 star rating was when we came here at 10pm and got milkshakes in the drive-thru. Thank you night shift for being the only redeeming quality here.

I stopped by this location the other day sometime in the early afternoon on our way back home for a quick bite to eat. I can say this for sure, I will not make that mistake again. After we received our drinks while waiting for our food, (there was 3 of us and we were hungry!), I took a drink of what was supposed to be a diet coke and it was dr pepper. When the guy came back to the window I politely asked if he could please take it back and get me the right soda. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t make mistakes and that I had the soda that I asked for. Whatever, I was hungry and just wanted our food. We get our bag of food and continue on our way home, only to realize we had the wrong order. So I turned around (we were only about a mile away) and went inside with the order we were given and to ask if I could please get our order. While I was talking to the lady at the register, the drive-thru guy overheard the conversation and walked over and told the lady that I had already caused a problem at the window and that I was just trying to get some free food. I was exhausted from our drive and starving that I just said that I was sorry for bothering them and just took the bag and left with the food. We made due with it. So, it’s up to you to decide if you want to stop there, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
