Last month stopped in to a get a shake for my 6 year old. After waiting 10 minutes after placing the order we left with not shake. This was with multiple employees standing around and ignoring us. Called and the general manager did apologize and make it right. Went back in tonight for two shakes with no dine in orders ahead of us and the drive thru empty and it took 13 minutes for two shakes. I asked what the hold up was after 10 minutes and was told they had to get the chocolate shakes primed. We said we would take vanilla. When I told the manager thanks for not communicating with us she said they had other customers

Had to wait 15 mins for dine in food cause all they care about is there drive thru numbers. No one acknowledged us when we walked in or when my wife did not get her dipping sauce 3 people looked at her and nothing no hi or how can I help you. This location is just terrible. Drink station was also filthy no one cleaned until we were about to leave and say something. Just nasty Council bluffs location. Don’t not eat here. It was 7pm and a empty dinning room. Guess we see why now.

I came in thru the drive thru this morning and ordered a cinnamon roll and sausage burrito meal and the Automated system destroyed my order it removed my cinnamon roll and added 2 extra large dr peppers I didn’t even ask for. So I pulled up to the back booth to pay and asked her if my cin bun was still on my order #Itwasn’t, I told her to readd it which she did and I told her I didn’t want those two pops and she told me she “removed” them so I paid and realized I still got charged for two extra drinks printed on my receipt So I asked the person in the second window “I want a refund!” and he said its all my fault that I get charged for two drinks and no he won’t fix the mistake the company’s robot made. I also asked for his name, His name was david, shame on you david I am still waiting for a refund.
