I’ve been staying At the hotel next door an average experience I’ve had with this place. Has been I complete beep up the customer service? Horrible food horrible the back of the close early when there’s people clearly at the door for. In line in their vehicles for the drive through. They don’t care, they clear your phone. Call when you try to call them and ask them. Why they mess up everywhere next train mode? I wouldn’t recommend anybody go there. And there’s be shut down and sued. And everybody who bought food from there to see if they’re going back. Any other b millions of dollars to everyone they ever served because they absolutely suck deserve. Please shut down, McDonald’s, what happened. You last aug, dignity, respect, customer service, and history. Professionalism that comes to business. Black, everything just shut down. Save the world and do us a favor and quit.

I went inside I had a handful of things. I sat down and when I went up to order someone finally came to the conter she seem to have a Attitude.i told her what I wanted and I code for her she told me cost I said no it should be this .she seam upset with me .so she asked for the code I gave it.then she said it’s not working I said now what. She looked like I’m inconvenient her in some way .she pointed back behind me said I had to try it there.i did that and it was better than doing on app or at counter gave me more options

Terrible service, management willing to lie to you just to thin out the line in the drive thru (and waste your time), avoid at all costs, there’s other McDonald’s in town if you really need it (or just go someplace better, like BK, Wendy’s, or Taco Bell.

I ordered a plain hamburger, a double cheeseburger, a big mac and a small fry in the drive through. I got home and found a plain double hamburger, a big Mac with no sauce and a small fry with no salt. I went back and told them they forgot some of the things I ordered and they wanted to dispute the recipt, which showed the wrong order. They said I got what I paid for. So I said fine! Give me a plain hamburger and a double cheese burger! And I paid again the second time around. I got home and had not a plain hamburger, but a cheese burger and a double cheese burger. Might have lost a customer. We’ll see. They all had accents, looked like foreigners, seemed to be horsing around. Loud distracted giggling

This McDonalds in Dubuque and by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever had the misfortune of going to. Getting the right order via Drive-thru is always a gamble. No other fast food joint has had a worse record than this particular McDonalds. The one on JFK has always been solid, but this one has been a mess. But for the first time in years I decided to check out the place inside. What a mistake.

I’m a dasher and I had an order for a guest and arrived. When I entered I saw the exact order number and everything and it said it was ready and when I gave them the code they said there wasn’t one ready under that code I explained it was on the screen and what was on the order the staff was non-compliant with the order I had to pick up and they told me to come back. I left for about 10 min and came back in and showed them the order again and 2 of the staff were aggressive with me and the shift lead was extremely rude and said “we do not have your order you need to leave” as I was calm the entire time.
