My mom got me and my friend food and it took over 30 minutes. Food here never takes that long and it wasn’t that much food. They gave the wrong order number. They forgot an order of nuggets. I asked for a medium fries and I large. They don’t know how to turn off flyer machines when it’s beeping. Also had to ask for our drink cups

To McDonalds in Decorah. I ordered two cheeseburgers with only ketchup. When I got them, both burgers had onions on them. I understand mistakes happen so it was whatever, I took them in and got new ones. I checked the first one and it was fine, ate it, then check the second one and there was a pickle. I took it back in, was very inconvenienced, I gave it back to them and they said they’d get a new one. When they handed me the new one, I went to my car, looked at it and you could see the pickle mark in the cheese. All they did was pick off the pickle and give it back to me. I could have done that myself, there’s a reason I went back inside. I didn’t want to go in a third time so I sucked it up and ate it and guess what, tasted like pickles. Along with that the fries had almost no salt and were kinda soggy. The people working were nice but should have paid more attention. Seriously, a cheeseburger with only ketchup is like the easier thing to make, come on. If I ever go back to McDonald’s, it will be the one in Prairie Du Chein.

Didn’t get sweet & sour sauce as ordered. Got an extra blueberry pie, but 2 of the 3 were outdated. Some highschool kids working avoided the front cashier area, so we ordered via the kiosk, which the kiosk wasn’t accepting payments so we had to go to the register anyways, and waited 5 minutes for someone to take notice so we could pay. Couldn’t get the sweet & sour because all of the employees were hanging out in the back, so we gave up on that. No hand soap in the Men’s bathroom either. Go to Culver’s across the road
