The food is what you expect. It arrived fast, and hot. We ate inside and the place was dirty. Every spot was dirty, and the bathroom was dirty (looks like it hadn’t been checked for some time). Now I’m questioning why I ate here. If the front of house was dirty- I’m worried what the kitchen looks like!

Went and got 2 chocolate shakes. They were thinner than chocolate milk. Tried to say something to the girl at the drive-thru, but she closed the window while I was talking. Sat there for a couple of minutes until the store manager, Shane, came and said that’s how they make them. Bull. I wish I could post a video. No attention at customer satisfaction, no attempt to make them right. Complete and utter disregard for their customer.

Out of all McDonald’s in my are (about a 50 mile radius) this location is the best hands down. Their food is always fresh, the employees are very nice, and they are quick, unless of course they ask you to pull ahead to the designated waiting parking spots. Even then though, they are quick.

At 2:07pm today I’m unsatisfied, my order was screwed up, I ordered a buttermilk chicken a large order of fries a 10 piece chicken nuggets and a medium coke. The guy at that time did not ring up the fries and did not give me my cup for the medium coke until I asked him, when I got home I noticed on the receipt the order was screwed up. The only thing correct was the chicken nuggets on the receipt!!!
