Definitely the best part of this stop for a quick bite was the service. Often times in today’s society the service is sacrificed during the rush hours. Not here. They make sure you’re taken care of. Always upbeat and positive. When I was walking out I had my hands full and dropped a milkshake. In a few seconds I was greeted with a new one free of charge (it was 100% my fault) and they told me they’d clean it. And the whole time they were smiles as it it was apart of their uniforms . Their staff gets an A++

Fantastic management, fast and hot food. Love that you can order in the app. Wish we could quit the McDs for our arteries sake but… it IS kinda ridic that you can only use one reward or deal per visit. We have over 40k points we’ll never use at that rate.

Went in for breakfast just before 10:30 (my fault for cutting it too close?). Was told to pull aside and wait for fresh hashbrowns and that, “You’ll be the last one getting them today”. Pulled aside and the same guy came outside immediately and said they were out of hashbrowns and that they gave me a small fry. I ordered and paid for 2 hashbrowns at $1.89 ($3.78 total) and as compensation, I got one small fry at $1.39. Pretty sure I got ripped off there.

I started bypassing my neighborhood McDonald’s at Sycamore and driving here from the east side of town. The McDonald’s at Sycamore has become the worst in town for employee rudeness and lack of customer care. The day my wife and I came here we felt like we were back at a restaurant that cares about its customers. The food came out quickly and we we’re treated well. Just like many fast food places, they messed up my wife’s special order, but the difference here was that they acknowledged their mistake and quickly made us a fresh burger. Kudos to the manager here for hiring people who care!

Worst mcdonald’s ever. Staff was rude horrible service. Ordered online she pulled it up on the screen I could see it then proceeded to tell me my mobile order was not there she couldn’t see and refused to even make my order. I did pay for it it pulled out of my bank and everything and she refused to get me a refund or even try to cancel my order. I will never come back here.

Appears I have not learned my lesson at this site. Today, a year later, I go to the drive thru again. I went to the outside lane because the inside was 2 cars deep. Sat there while 3 other cars pulled up and got waited on, then seen them drive off after they paid and picked up at the second window. Still hadn’t been waited on. I went inside to complain that I’d sat out there 5 minutes and got no service, and the dude in a reflective safety vest behind the counter acted like he could care less. Done with this store, even though I work across the street, I’ll drive to the Riverside store or Burger King.

Once again my order was wrong. Don’t normally do reviews but botching my order happens at least half the time. Ordered a Big Mac and a McDouble with small fry’s and a regular shake. The McDouble only had a single patty / cheese slice and way to much ketchup. The fry’s were cold. For $13 and change I’ll just go to a sit down and serve restaurant from here on out. Better food and you get service for only a couple of bucks more.
