DO NOT READ ANY OTHER REVIEW. ONE STOP SHOP FOR REVIEWS HERE!!!! This is the WORST McDonald’s location I have ever gone to. Minimum time to make a sando is 15+ minutes. I believe they hired ACTUAL turtles to run the grill and fryers. Take the extra 5 mins and drive to the riverside Mac. This one is absolute dog water. Trust me. You’ll thank me later.

I have encountered the rudest employees at this McDonald while ordering with my step daughter and her mom when we ordered no one ask us for help for about more then 10 minutes My Lady and step daughter have been coming home upset from the rudest of the woman managers or employees and lower muscatine Road McDonald’s in Iowa city Iowa she describe one as real heavy caucasian woman with glasses and a blonde ponytail ran up in her face in front of her six-year-old daughter The other one was African-American with braids in her hair and kind of muscular build in the face, yelled at her in front of her daughter, and told her to take care of her child and then they would not serve her anymore because she responded to the employee saying something to her six year old child about a cup and they got her order wrong again more then once and they could not use the bathroom because all three toilets were broken and out of order. The Rudest and Longest wait to order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here and ordered 1 cheeseburger meal and waited for over 15 mins. When the employee finally came with my food, she told me to wait 1 more minute and she would run and grab a free meal voucher for me. I was satisfied with how she made up for the wait, UNTIL I went back to mcdonalds a week later with the free meal voucher, and they told me I could not use it because it was not valid in this state. Why even go through the effort to run back inside and ask me to wait even longer to get me this “voucher” knowing that I would never even be able to use it!?

Worst ever. First we waited and. Watched 4 cars get their orders taken. So we. Moved to the other speaker which then they started taking both speakers orders. Then the lady on the. Drive thru mic was huffing every time we added anything to our order. We get to the window they hand. Us 2 out of 3 of our drinks then a few seconds later hand us a bag that is ripping down the side instead of using 2 bags. Then when I reminded about my 3rd drink the employee said oh that kind isn’t working. When I got my sandwich out the bag, my big Mac I ordered with no lettuce, had a sticker saying no shredded lettuce. Instead they added extra lettuce and no cheese. I usually don’t go to this McDonald’s anymore but my son was hungry. It’s completely ridiculous how they acted tonight.

My boy was just told by someone at the drive thru that this location doesn’t do McFlurries. I get the ice cream machine being down but how does a McDonald’s just not do McFlurries?? I hope it was a misunderstanding and not lazy people screwing with their employer’s biz.
