Ordered a medium frozen sprite lemonade and a medium iced mocha. At first the kiosk did not give me a receipt, the clerk behind the counter finally asked what I was waiting for, then was given a small frozen sprite. When I asked if this was a medium, she stepped away, then came back and said yes…the frozen and the McCafe were smaller than other drinks, however the iced mocha came in a medium cup and the frozen sprite came in a small. None of the employees seemed too eager to help anyone.

Had to wait 10 minutes in 2nd drive-thru line to order while other cars in 1st drive-thru line were helped. I noted this to cashier at 1st window and she said they can’t hear or their speakers don’t always work in the 2nd drive-thru. She said it would be taken care of, but did not offer anything for inconvenience. The pickup in front waited in line several minutes, too, and I never did what happened to the pickup behind me. I think he just left. This has never happened to me at this location, but I probably won’t go there again for awhile.

Ordered only a frappe for curbside pick up. Waited 15 mins, and then had to go inside and get it myself. Waited another 10 minutes. My frappe was just sitting on the counter out of my sight, and when I got the guys attention he didn’t even say a single word to me. Have been there 4 times in last 2 weeks at 6:15am just to have someone tell me the system is down or rebooting. One time the just flat out they were closed. If your not open for business at 6am like you advertise then change your operating hours.
