Did mobile order and still had to wait 10-15 minutes. The waiting is fine, but they forgot my drink and I didn’t think about it until I was on my way home. To be fair, it’s not always like this. Just a little angry cuz I need my medium coke!!

The fries we half cooked and mushy even after being pulled forward. I asked the person that brought the food if all the sandwiches were there as opened the bag, she said yes and left before making sure I was satisfied. The fries were and bad and service was subpar.

Very clean, food was good, service could have been better, as the lady running the register (4/20/2023 1130hrs) told us she was not good at this. And we had to ask for cups, and my sons order and points (the app) were all messed up and she said “well sorry nothing I can do about it now” ?????

I have called and spoken with management time and again and have gotten no where, they have the least competent crew I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Incapable of simply replacing Mac sause with mayo, lieing about the availability of specialties and being called a lier by management are just a few of the experiences you can have at this location. Oh and we can’t forget about the 20 minutes average drive thru time even though they specifically focus on drive thru completely ignoring dine in customers.

This is my thought after coming here for some time now. The service and attitude of some of late shift employees (including Mgt) could use some Major retraining in customer service. Also there has been several instances where the food hasn’t been up to par. Fast food doesn’t mean it should be cold, half filled containers or not cooked to order. This situation has made my choice to bypass this Mickey D’s in the later hours. I couldn’t put it more simple then that.

I ordered an EGG McMuffin, I specified- I want cheese, but make sure there’s no meat on there. Eighteen minutes later, along with the rest of my sandwiches, I got a slice of cheese on an English muffin. Another four minutes got my order fixed. Luckily that all added up to more time to look around at the disgusting mess. The sides of the ice machine look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The floor in front of the soda/condiment station looks like it maybe got a mop drug over it yesterday. The door to the trash is completely missing with zero attempt to place the bin so that trash actually falls into it. Employees are yelling for food and standing waiting when they could be wiping counters and replenishing napkins. The hot mess behind the counter speaks for itself and an employee openly admitted not knowing how to get coffee from the drive through coffee pot when the pot behind the counter ran out. Thankful I was only passing through.

This McDonald’s is lazy and lacking in service skills rude employees and always getting something wrong very slow at taking orders and cannot hear half the time the inside is nasty and looks like it’s barely been cleaned food is horrible found a bone in my chicken nuggets if I had given that to my child they could have choked!
