Seriously, if I select table service. Don’t stand up at the counter yelling my name and then act like I’m in the wrong for not sprinting to the counter. Then have the audacity to scold me for getting my own cup, because you can’t be bothered to put it on the try. ” If you want a cup, you should have asked”. I did ask, you know, when I ordered it. Ridiculous. Then the fact the staff was dropping f bombs in the back, real family friendly.

I go to this McDonald’s because it’s convenient and close. Without fail everytime I order they mess something up, either a sandwich is not made right, something is missing or, the wrong thing completely. I clarify my order in the drive thru and the window yet every time I have to go in and correct them. I go through the drive thru so I don’t have to go in but I do because I’m not paying for the wrong thing. I’ve talked to managers and nothing is done. This is extremely frustrating and terrible service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I hate that the quality of food and service has gone down so much that I no longer desire to go to McDonald’s anymore. My husband on the other hand keeps wanting to give them a chance to improve so he give chance after chance and still not better. Our order gets messed up everytime, the fries are cold most times and one or more of the drink machines are not working. Sadly, it seems to be this way with all the McDonald’s in Davenport, IA.

We had a mobile order for a single frappe… and we went through the drive thru saying we had an order and the girl asked us for our name and told us to pull forward but when we got to the window we were greeted by the most nasty older woman who had the WORST attitude. This was at 10:56 on Monday. She made it seem like it was OUR fault for not saying letters when the people taking the orders never asked. She then proceeded to get an attitude. Rude as hell. I don’t care if you work in fast food, I work in retail but I would never be this nasty or have this much audacity. Either retire or learn how to have a pinch of customer service.

Gotta be the worse service I received by them tonight. 1 double quarter meal asked for extra onions. Sandwich came with no onions (honest mistake?), ticket on sandwich box says EXTRA onions. 1 big Mac meal, top meat patty looked like it went through a grinder. The meat should have not even been placed in this sandwich, but manager says they make sure food is prepared properly.

I was at the McDonald’s on West Kimberly, and ordered 2 meals with orange juice on both, and a large coffee. The coffee was free, as I had points, and the total should have been $12. It was $15, and they neglected to tell me that it was becuase of the orange juice. Apparently, the orange juice was an upcharge. However, nowhere did I see that it was an upcharge. I wasted 15 minutes waiting to know how my price was that high. Please post the prices.

It’s mainly the service, I put my order in through the drive through and I’ve watched multiple people who’ve pulled up after get their food before me and I didn’t even order very much, number 7 and two hot and spicy and I sat for a half hour and counting. It’s supposed to be FAST FOOD, doesn’t seem very fast to me

Gave them another chance today. While the food has improved, other issues have not. Still cannot lock stall doors in women’s bathroom. Nice young man at the register looked lost and just stood there like he didn’t want to be there. He half heartedly swept lobby, and went back to register. The young lady running orders out was very nice, smiled, and was on top of her job. I came out to leave and an employee was standing on the other side of the door smoking a cigarette. She should have been smoking somewhere else, not in uniform, in front of the door where people have to walk thru the smoke.
