This particular McDonald’s location has continuously provided terrible service and food quality every time we have visited. I don’t think I have ever gotten a complete order anytime I have ever ordered food for my 4 kids. In addition to that, the employees always appear annoyed with the customers or barely acknowledge their presence. Today around 11:30 I visited the drive thru to grab my kids lunch. When I got home two of my orders of chicken nuggets were literally raw in the middle and that was only discovered after two of my kids bit into them. When they were brought back for a refund the manager was so rude and said, “let me guess, they’re cold?” As you can see by the photo I am including these were completely raw. Then the manager told me this was not the first complaint of raw nuggets today! Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Poor customer service, got the wrong order through the drive through. They asked us to pull up so they can heat our cinnamon rolls up. They brought our food out. No cinnamon rolls i told the lady as she was walking back in. Never came back out. I went inside and who ever the man was, manager, shift manager, who knows. Said “well i personally put them in their so .” Obviously not for my order or i wouldn’t be in there asking for food i paid for. So he begrudgingly made two more. Very rude. I get it’s busy, and they are probably up super early. But i can’t controll their mistakes.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever gotten food from. There was no one at the first window to pay. We were given the wrong drinks which we did address while we were there. The fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were stale, cold, hard, and old. I highly recommend going to a different McDonald’s or just getting food from the Kwik Trip across the street.

Stopped there yesterday, and the cashier at the window kept my credit card. I didn’t realize it until later that night when someone tried using my card at another store for almost $200. Thankfully, it was marked as fraud and declined and I shut the card off. Wouldn’t be surprised if that wasn’t the only time that’s happened.

My drive through order was not correct so I went inside to get it fixed and 5 employees walked by without acknowledging me. I finally got someone’s attention and they said they would fix it. My original order was no mustard extra ketchup but they only put mustard on it. When they “fixed” it, the burger was drowning in ketchup. I wish I could attach a photo to this.

McDonald’s food is always consistently good. Occasionally it is very good, well-prepared and yummy. Unfortunately, their response to delivery orders is just plain unsatisfactory. I am housebound, in a small town without public or private transportation. Condiments are included, which is not a big deal, but missing items is very disappointing, something that happened again this past weekend. A sandwich was forgotten, as well as the fries from a meal deal. The bags of food are sealed with plenty of tape and the receipt is always attached. Fixed income people deserve a nice food break and McDonald’s is simply not delivering, pun intended. Big picture wise, this kind of sloppy service is certainly not the end of the world, but it is still not acceptable. Good-bye McDonald’s it was nice while it lasted.
