Got some food from this McDonald’s and it was not bad at all! Drive through is spacious and clean and supports many vehicles. Service was polite and quick no problems there! The food was great all around with no problems I can think of. It’s a standard but GOOD McDonald’s and if you were thinking about trying it out? Do it!

So I came in for a delivery and it is 10:43pm and the lady bagging the orders I couldn’t catch her name but she was completely rude. I told her the order I was there for and she said it was going to be a wait even tho it was sitting on the counter done. Then she proceeded to have an attitude with everyone in lobby. She was rolling her eyes and had a whole attitude then she handed me the wrong order then when I told her it wasn’t my order she got an attitude with me. This experience overall was terrible and I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s. She needs to be talked to or something because that was unacceptable behavior. She just didn’t care what so ever!

First went through and ordered 4 breakfast burritos and we only got 2. We went back through a second time and had to pull off to the side and wait an additional 15 min to get the other 2 burritos. I ended up turning off my car and waiting. The employee didn’t say anything to us either both times through besides to pull forward to wait. Poor customer service and wait time was way too long for just some burritos.

Oh boy does this place need to evaluate evening operations. Maybe find a manager. Teenage staff does not know how to problem solve. 45 minutes after I paid got my order wrong. I go to this store often for breakfast. They usually do fine. It is rarely a great experience in the evenings. Just saying, don’t get in the line if it is more than a couple of cars in the evening.

I ordered a McCrispy sandwich meal here today that was already small and disapointing looking but was going to eat it anyway. But after taking two bites of breading I couldn’t bite into the chicken. When we went back and handed them the sandwich to see about getting it replaced we were told, “I’ll give you another one this time but because you ate half of it, I will not be accepting this next time.” When we tried to say that wasn’t the case, they aregued and shook their head and said “Yes you did and all of our McCrispys have been made fresh the last half hour.” Not entirely sure what that means, but was disappointed by the immediate attitude. I’ve worked in retail for years and try to get by without asking for anything but what I ordered. They escalated things and were argumentative as if it was about something more than just wanting an edible sandwich. This location seemed better than most but not after today.

Dont get breakfast here unless you want to wait 20mins for an order that was supposed to be curbside. After waiting 10mins outside at my curbside spot, I eventually went inside and waited an additional 10mins. When I finally got my food, nearly my entire order was burnt. This place only hires kids apparently who have no idea what they’re doing.

Planned on ordering through the app. Wanted one of the daily specials thru the app (a filet meal) when I selected my choice and tried to place the order a banner came up that said”This item cannot be ordered at this time of day. It was 2:15 pm y’all! Why can’t I get a filet o fish meal at 2 in the afternoon?!
