Stopped by this McDonalds yesterday and had an amazingly poor experience. I went inside, ordered a Diet Coke on the kiosk, and was handed a cup by a woman. I went to the beverage bar and there was no ice. I asked the same woman to please get me some ice and she said “you will just have to drink it without ice because I’m too busy.” I said that I ordered ice on the kiosk and could she just get me ice from the ice machine which was 4 feet from her. She refused and said she was too busy. I asked again and she said no. I asked to talk to the manager and she went back to get her and returned and told me she was busy and that she would get to me when she could. A few minutes later the manager came and asked what I needed. I asked her to get me some ice and she did so. It took 10 seconds. What is amazing about this is that the rude female employee spent more time telling me how busy she was that she couldn’t help me than it would have taken her to walk 10 steps, scoop up some ice, and hand it to me.

This location in Johnson Creek closes at 11pm for at least Friday and Saturday night but when you arrive at 10 pm and only have 1-2 cars in front of you and no indoor dining and every vehicle in the drive thru is told it’s going to be a few minutes because there’s a “big order ahead of me” and then 10+ minutes later returns to finally take my order to then tell me the fries are going to take a few minutes because they don’t have any ready and that I need to pull up to the waiting window which I do just to see an employee sitting at the table on his phone, considering there were only 3 employees there that employee should be taking his break “assuming that’s what he was even doing” 30-40 minutes later along with the order taker taking orders more promptly versus making everyone wait just a “few” minutes which is his way of intentionally driving customers out of the line. This location would be better served just closing at 9:45pm like the other 99% of the fast food joints here in town do(taco bell included) which is just shocking considering the location!

You must order and pay at the kiosk. They do NOT do table service, even if you opt for that. Listen for your number or, oddly enough, your name. McDonald’s quality food, though. And they have tall tables if you want to stand and eat.

This McDonald’s is hands down the worse ever! The service is slow and terrible. The one main guy is rude is will literally curse at you. They mess up your order EVERY TIME, and the wait time is very long. Even if I order ahead on the app, it still takes forever to be made. Get your act together Johnson Creek or shut down!

Great McDonald’s location, right off the highway for easy access. Nice interior, pleasant place to sit and eat. Friendly staff. Mobile ordering and drive through both available. Connected to a large gas station so a convenient one stop shop for travelers.

SOooooo sad that the Icon of fast service food slipped into substandard food and service ! I absolutely despise ordering from a kiosk, waiting, and someone calls your number and practically throws the bag at you . The prices are too high for poor quality . I will definitely go eat at the bowling alley down the road that is happy to see me and my family

I can’t give it more than 3 stars. This place is severely understaffed and service took 20+ minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. The person on the speaker was nice. I tried getting the jalapeño quarter pounder and they were out of jalapeños.
