Horrible service. Ordered on the kiosk and it said take a number and we’ll bring it to your table. Ten minutes and no food. I walked up and my food is just sitting on the counter. I said the kiosk said it would be brought toy table. The flippantly says, “well, we’re a little busy so I didn’t have time. I called out 764”. I said, the kiosk didn’t print a receipt so I couldn’t know what my number was. She walked away with no response. Very rude.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! They are a obnoxious crew that are rude. The morning crew is good but I’m speaking about the evening crew. They cannot ever I mean ever get the order correct. The food never tastes fresh and they put way too much salt on the hamburger patties! It’s gross! Due yourselves a favor and please go elsewhere. This place is terrible. I waited in a short line for 15 minutes Before my order was taken. Then waited an additional 15 minutes before I got to the window. Employees were extremely disrespectful. While I was paying the lady at the window (Mother). You could hear the (daughter) in the background ordering her with an attitude to park me.

People take care of it very badly. They don’t have any orders on time. We waited 40 minutes to receive our order. The girls in the kitchen with long hair free in the kitchen, the adult lady in the counter telling people that if they didn’t like the attention they should go somewhere else.

Staff meeting going on in the lobby about how toxic environment the work place is there. Then next booth an employee was rude to her mom who was just asking if she could show her something about the phone. If that person rolls her eyes and talk rude to her mother! What does that person do to a customer? Word advice close the lobby next time when conducting your meetings. To the employee who is tall wears glasses your mom was just trying to help you. If you are rude to your mom I can’t image how you treat the customers. If I wasn’t driving my semi truck I would never gone inside and witness the ways the employees are to each other plus family. Be professional in the work place. Granted Union Grove WI doesn’t have much places to get food past 2pm.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. I ordered a sandwich and a drink. I got to the window and the had two drinks and two sandwiches. They couldn’t give me a refund, explaination was a little iffy. I was asked for my phone, a manager would call me about a refund. Never has called me.

In Saturday April 29th about 1230pm, pulled up to drive thru to place an order. Waited for about 5 mins and then someone over the speaker said “we’ll be with you shortly “, couple minutes later the voice returns and says ,”we are closed”. There were numerous cars behind me and the other drive thru speaker, everyone looking puzzled. How does a restaurant just close because they don’t have food prepared? What were employees doing all morning? Will never return to this location.
