Waited 20 minutes to order with no one in front of us. We would have gone somewhere else, but everywhere else was closed. Girl at window charged us without giving a receipt, then we asked how much she charged us and she couldn’t answer because she already rung it up. She told us to get receipt at next window. Went to next window and girl with red hair was phenomenal, but our experience had already been ruined. Food was warm at best. One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Oh how the mighty has fallen. I waited almost 20 minutes before someone even asked me if I had ordered. INSIDE! I get it when it’s busy, but this was just uncalled for. Fries were soggy and cold, ordered a double cheeseburger that had 11 pickle slices on it. And the Mcchicken tasted just like oil. Meanwhile the employee in the grill area was begging for help only to be ignored and the manager was complaining that she was going to quit. Hopefully things turn around for this store.

This McDonalds needs to be shut down. The service is EXTREMELY slow. I ordered a few items off the menu and it took 23 minutes to make. At one point there was no employee working the counter for roughly 10 minutes; a line gathered of 6 people. A lady asked for an employee at the counter to which she was ignored. I asked for assistance at the counter, a manger looked at me and then turned around. They said they were short staffed but there was almost 7 people in the kitchen, and two of them were in the far back joking around. The food is ALWAYS wrong or sloppy as well. NEVER come here, save your money.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two #7s, only ketchup on two, ketchup and mayo on the others. All 4 burgers had WAY too much condiments. So much that we couldn’t eat them. Also had zero napkins in our bag. Fries tasted plain a well.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a slower, more poorly managed McDonald’s in my life. They constantly get orders wrong and have the absolute worst service. Been waiting in line for 30 min and still not up to the window. If I could post 0 stars I would.

The food is average McDonald’s food. I’ve had some screw-ups in the past but usually it’s fine. Many employees there have been slow, unattentive, and unfriendly. There are exceptions, but the overall service is poor. For one example, I had to wait twenty five minutes for a 20 piece nugget. Not because they were, not because they had to remake it, but because someone left it on their rack for pick up orders, marked the order as being taken to my car, and then didn’t do it. I had to go in and ask where my food was to get it. Also, the atmosphere is the modern corporate feel I dislike. On top of that, I find the interior often ill-maintained, even during slow times. There will be messes by the drink station, several unclean tables, and restrooms that haven’t been kept clean, at the same time on more than one occasion. There are times the interior is fine, but more often than not there are significant problems. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, I only go to get cheap quick food when I have a craving for it, which is too often.
