Ice cream machine is down, soda machine is down. We had to substitute 4 items because they didn’t have what they needed to make the food. Despite it being slow the entire time we were there floors were messy. Wait for food was oddly long for a McDonalds despite being the only ones inside. Drive through wasn’t faster for folks saw the same car sit at the window at least 10 mins.

Average drive thru time of around 20 minutes, the food is typically pretty bad. Burger buns not being toasted, soda flat, burger old and dry. Not a 1 star because every once in a while I get lucky and get decent food here. But the gamble isn’t worth it.

0/2 on experiences here. First time at the drive through they were rude and made a racial comment. Second time we went in at 9:30am, soaps in bathroom were empty and all hand sanitizers outside were empty so I doubt they’re washing their hands. Place was pretty gross in general. Food was ok but bacon egg and cheese biscuit had less than a quarter strip of bacon. I don’t expect much out of McDonald’s but just seems like they purposely are doing the minimum or less at this one.

Update* first time back after my bad review 2 yrs ago. Still horrible. Came for a late dinner at 10ish. Sat at drive thru for 5-10 min. Drove up to window. A group of workers are just standing in back just talking… faking like it’s closed. How is our location this bad? Everyone should be fired.

Full of loud childish employees not getting any actual work done. Ordered a mcdouble, small fry, and medium drink. Stood there for 10 minutes only for an employee to ask me, “you tryna order or somethin”. I said I already ordered 10 minutes ago. She asked for a receipt and I said I don’t have one because the machine is out of receipt paper. 10 more minutes go by, meanwhile other people that came in after me are getting their food. Finally after about 25 minutes I said I can’t wait any.longer and I want a refund. She got all mad at me. Lol. So I called corporate and filed a complaint. Still hungry, I went to cousins and ordered an entire 15″ sub, and two orders of fries. It literally took them 3 minutes to prepare a huge sub and two orders of fries. Mcdonalds is a joke. Mainly the employees that work at this specific location. Will never be returning.
