Went inside, waited 35 mins for 2 burgers and fries. The staff (which I counted 8) were all hanging out by the drive through window) They gave away orders to the wrong people. Manager looked like he was 18 at the most, couldn’t get others to work. Disorganized. A lady waited 15 mins for a cup to get a soda. I will never ever go back.

Revising My previous review, first taking my order, of course the ice cream and drink machine was down like it always is ! So they couldn’t any blended drinks, practically half the drink menu, that’s because they do not want to hassle with that when it’s busy. 2nd with 2 lanes, it took 30 minutes from the time I took my order to go 150′ to the window and get my food. 30 minutes that is ridiculous , that is unacceptable as far as customer service and fast food is concerned. This is not 3 course meals. These are premade hamburgers, fish whatever. This is not Gordon Ramsay food ! 30 minutes from start to finish is utterly ridiculous for 2 sandwiches and couldn’t provide my drink or offer a substitute. To top the whole experience off , the fish sandwich was cold and the mayo or dressing they put on it tasted funny like they left out improperly. Totally ridiculous, we had good service in the past , but they need to check these guys again and stop giving them business because all it does is let it continue.

This is thee SLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to. There will literally be 1 person in the drive through and it takes 10+ minutes for them to even take your order. I picture people inside running around in circles with their hands in the air yelling “ahhhhhh”!

We went through the drive through. We were asked to pull up and wait for our food. We waited 20 minutes. They brought out an order but it wasn’t ours. My wife had to go inside because they forgot about us. We spent over $30. Very poor service and they did nothing.

This place has gone down hill, I don’t know who is managing this place but just went through the drive through to get some quick food. Sat at the drive through intercom for about 10mins (there was a guy also waiting at the other intercom). A line began to form behind us so I decided to just drive up to the window. Lady at the window looked shocked that I was there. I asked if I could order some food and someone else wearing a gray hoodie and the mic on his head asked what I wanted. I told him my order and he said ok. When I got my food he only gave me one of things that I ordered. Staff there is rude and very unprofessional.
