This is my Remake burger for the first one that was raw. Are you kidding me? Got both burgers in a matter of seconds. Tried calling 5 times after the employee hung up on me after he insisted they checked my burger to assure it was cooked. They then unplugged the phone.

Just went through the drive through and woman working the window shoved the food into my hands, then slammed the window shut for no reason whatsoever. The order was wrong, but she refused to acknowledge me at window. Terrible place and wont be back.

The morning person taking orders at drive through window, big guy with glasses, concur with other comments, rude, rushes, not friendly at all, has gotten order wrong several times. At pickup window always wrong in preparing iced coffee with little cream, it is cream with little coffee. See pics. It is a quick grab and go on way to work, but will reconsider in the future.

Easily the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to by a long shot. Every single time there is an issue, or we sit waiting for 20 minutes, order still comes out incorrect. I have no idea how this location has remained to stay open for long. This location should be bulldozed.

This location needs to shut down. Just sent online feedback on McD’s website. Burger looked like it was thrown into the box with how much grease, and the misplacement of the bun and meat was. Actually, it was so greasy it was as if they dunked it in oil after they made it because of how wet the bottom of the bun was. Fries were definitely old as well.

I prefer to drive 10-15 extra minutes to go to a different mcdonalds so I don’t have to come here. The one time I visited, there was a teen kid (I assume it was his first job/first week), who needed help with a coupon that wasn’t working. The woman, who I assume was the manager, just laid into him like he was scum for asking for help. I decided that was the last time I’d go to this particular location.
