Most of us like to splurge on some fast food, so why not bring your dog and get a pup cup! It makes them happy and content while you munch on your food without dog stares, . It also creates good interactions between the customer’s and McDonald’s workers. Seems like this world is changing with a lot of negativity. Little by little, we can turn that around to positively. Newly renovated. Very clean and modern. The playplace is in a separate room from the rest of the restaurant, which is great for diners that enjoy peace and quiet and parents who want to keep their children corraled. We love that there is a unisex single stall bathroom in the playplace room. No worry about sending a child off across the restaurant alone or trying to coax children out of the play structure to travel to the bathroom as a group.

I would give this place -500 stars if I could. Employees are useless, the kiosks say they are broken every time I have tried to order I can’t, simply put this Mcdonalds should be closed and every awful employee working there to freaking lazy to take an order should be fired. I never go to Mcdonalds with high expectations but this McDonald’s location gives all Mcdonalds an all new low. Doesn’t matter the time of day or day of the week service is always horrible.

They automatically upcharge you (supersize) without asking, and when you bring it to their attention, they say they’ll fix it at the drive through window. Except when you get to the window, it’s not the same person, and they have no idea what you’re talking about. So the manager /order taker claims to be going to help, but then puts a teenager cashier in a bad position, because the manager lied and didn’t help.

The drinks were not full, I comented on it when she handed it to me, or were the fries full. There was a bite out of one of the cheese burgers!! I don’t find it very funny, I called to complain and got hung up on. Blond girl in the drive thru with long stringy hair flying all over, gross! I will never go back to this lake mills restaurant.
