Absolutely disappointing receiving food like this. It takes no extra time to make it right. I should have looked at previous reviews before ordering from this McDonalds. There was also a piece of burger in our McChicken and the fries were put in the bag upside down. I will be reporting this experience to corporate based of the amount of 1-stars they already have

1/4 of the way through eating my Oreo mcflurry, found a BEE in the ice cream. No, it’s not possible this happened driving home. They passed me Mcflurry directly from drive thru window into my car & no, my windows were not down (it’s chilly outside). This is absolutely DISGUSTING. I tried calling the store location immediately, but no answer.

Not good. My 1/4 pounder was dripping with grease; so much so that the box was greasy & the burger didn’t stay together. Took a bite anyway, and the meat wasn’t cooked through. Took it back to the counter & showed it to the person who rang us up. She said “okay” and stared at me. I had to ASK for another one, which she didn’t know if they could give to me. She told her supervisor, but only said I thought it was too greasy. I said “it’s not done” and the “supervisor” rolled her eyes, came over & grabbed it out of my hands without saying 1 word to me. Didn’t even make eye contact with me. She told the kitchen to make another one and said “leave it on longer”. Didn’t say it wasn’t done, didn’t show them. When I finally got my replacement 1/4 pounder, it was quite crispy on the outside. Good news? Not greasy. An apology would have gone a long way. This is the 2nd bad experience at a local McDonald’s. There won’t be a 3rd.

If I could leave a no star I would.. I ordered a double quarter pounder only ketchup. Got a double quarter pounder with everything on it and the French fries are stale like they have sat for 2 hours.. this is the 3rd time Iv had this kinda of food quality at this location. And when I call to let the manager know they don’t pick the phone up. I wouldn’t recommend taking my dog here for an ice cream treat!! Specially at the cost of food and forcing me to go through the drive thru.

Worst service ever. Workers did not care or acted like they didnt care. Inside looked like chaos. Both breakfast sandwich was incorrect. I ordered sausage biscuit with egg meal and sausage egg cheese mcmuffin, first, i only got the mcmuffin (but when i got home and opened it up, it was not sausage but ham). Secondly, my sausage biscuit was not in the bag. I had to ask for it (and also when i got home, it did not come with egg). Overall experience was the worst.

Every time i come here the employees are just hanging out not doing anything. Orders are thrown together precariously and half the time aren’t right. After today though I will not be back and I will encourage others to avoid the establishment as well. We pulled up to the drive to order on the way to work and were greeted bu the kid in the drive thru with welcome to good burger home of the good burger followed by giggling. While i can appreciate the movie good burger is a great movie. It’s a false statement on 2 things. One it’s not good burger and 2 this location wouldn’t know how to make a good burger if Ed showed up and made it for them. When people come through a drive thru they are doing it because they don’t have time to go in. Nothing wrong with humor but this place is already sub par at best.
