It doesn’t matter what time of the day I go to this location….they get it right EVERY time! The nuggets are always fresh and crispy whenever I have ordered them. I cannot stand getting old warmed up nuggets like the location on Milwaukee Street and East Wash by East Towne. The burgers are always hot, cheese melted and taste seasoned for some reason.The sweet tea consistently taste the same and my order is always right. Thank you to management for setting high standards for your restaurant. Please do not change!

I went here a few days back and they messed up my order. My wife works noc shift and wanted food so I got it they completely messed up my order I spent 32 dollars here. On breakfast!! So I call and asked the manager to fix it. They agreed to. My wife goes to get it after works 10 hrs the next day and tries to retrieve the promised meal. I send her a text receipt they told her no we do not do that. She proceeds to tell them my name they wrote down in there system. No we don’t do that. She payed 32 more dollars for horrible customer service. Will be calling manager3/31/2023 7:18 am drive thru. Please do better people spend valuable money for horrible service and always wrong food

Very poor customer service from the Hispanic male that’s working there, I called because my Latter tasted like milk and didn’t taste any espresso at all so I thought maybe the espresso was low on the machine. The man was very rude and told me to “come and make the drink” myself. Usually have no issues with this location but today just rubbed me all the way the wrong way.
