This location is terrible!!! I don’t know what happened to the old breakfast team that was there 4 or 5 months ago but they are gone and the new people working are awful!!! This is a clear sign of bad management and poor ownership. McDonald’s has been using the SpeeDee system since it’s creation. It’s a system that works very well for speedy service and quality food. I don’t know how a simple system like that can get so messed up. Fast food is trash and for what you spend on it you could absolutely go to a sit down restaurant and get way better quality.

Twice in the last couple months I’ve ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel but got bacon egg and cheese bagels. Both times they were improperly wrapped as if they were steak bagels. I didn’t notice until I unwrapped it and then had to turn around to get the steak bagels.

Worst McDonald’s and worst manager. No clean table in the whole store and when asking for someone to wipe down a table I was treated rudely. Employees stood around talking trash for asking for a clean table including the terrible manager Joshua. There was a huge spill on the floor and another customer had to ask an employee to clean it. Our order was wrong and got attitude for asking them to correct it. Never visit this McDonald’s. Worst location ever!!!

Usually going through McDonald’s the staff are very short and sweet. This McDonals has a young gentleman who works the first payment window and he has such a nice welcoming! Asks how your day is and made small talk. The staff at the second window made ZERO eye contact and just handed me the bag with no word. Staff should be more like the young staff member. The manager should give recognition this this young man as it’s hard to find good workers!!

No complaints about drive-thru. However, every time we come the restaurant is filthy inside. I always have to ask to have tables cleaned just for somewhere to sit. Floor is covered in sticky soda, condiment section always filthy. Garbage on ground, Stacks of empty dirty trays. Staff not always the friendliest. Many young kids with no customer service skills. We still come cuz it’s close and convenient, but try to stick with drive-thru. Hard to see in picture, shows soda all over counter and floor and garbage laying around, and all they did was put out a wet floor sign.
