Drive thru breakfast at 9am. There was a McDonald’s courtesy van in the parking lot(laughable). Terrible service!!! It took almost 10 minutes to get our food. Sausage burritos were luke warm at best. Steak egg and cheese bagel had no seasoning or sauce! Reach into the bag and no hashbrown OR napkins! Top it off, no straw with the drink!

Absolutely disgusting food and customer service. i wouldn’t even give them a one star… Yesterday I stopped by and ordered a lg. caramel frappe and instead of telling me at the drive thru they didn’t have whipped cream they gave me an ice cup with a small bit of flavor of caramel, no whip cream. Today I went through again because I’m traveling to Mosinee for work. Making an order, I asked right away if they had the ingredients for the lg caramel frappe. They said yes, yesterday we ran out of whip cream. These are $5.16 drinks which is ridiculous. I get to the window and she’s about to hand me my drink and I noticed it looked just like yesterdays so I said is that suppose to look like a freeze? she said my boss made it so yeah, i said well on your menu it looks like a liquid drink.. i took pictures of expectation vs what i got. it was absolutely disgusting and was like sucking ice chunks. absolutely disgusted with her attitude. never again will i go there again, the lady was older, short curly like blond hair, glasses and no respect. not hard to miss. mosinee mcdonald’s, get better!
