The Park Falls McDonalds used to be good but the last month or two they suck. Super slow service, like ridiculously slow drive up, some workers that don’t seem to even know what day it is let alone get your order right. Ask for and pay for extra oreo in your McFlurry and oh yeah I guess it has a couple specks of oreo in it. After 3 times of this not even going to buy one again.

The two times I’ve been there once they forgot to put meat on my hamburger. Second time was a quarter pounder that was disgusting. Their customer service isn’t very good either. EDIT: McDonalds only offered to replace the burger that they forgot the meat on, and it had an expiration date of a few weeks on the coupon. I threw out the coupon, it wasn’t worth the drive back. Poor service and even poorer Customer Service

12 orders were being filled. Meals and drinks for 2 adults took 28 minutes to serve from time of order. They also forgot to include the french fries. Not sure what the difficulty was. Disappointed.

I recently wrote a negative review about this place…but I deleted it and this is why. My review was based on a couple of angry employees that I’ve had experience with on quite a few occasions, but my bad experiences are isolated incidents specifically with said employees. There are a lot more super nice employees here that genuinely care about the customer. They clearly work very hard. They go above and beyond what you would even expect. I wish I would not have written the negative review. I do recommend this particular location especially in the afternoons or evenings. They really do a great job and the food is always exceptional.

I have came to the McDonalds in Park Falls for a while now. Haven’t had any issues until today. I found someone’s acrylic nail in my coffee cup. I will not be coming here anymore. No matter what restaurant or fast food place you go to, hygiene should be the number one priority.
