So the official wait was supposed to be 5 – 10 minutes for curbside. We waited 22 minutes for our food. One car was in the drive-thru when we got there. Hardly anyone was inside. The person who brought it out said the reason was due to being busy. They were too busy to bring out our food. So, yeah. Never going to this location again. We said no salt on our fries, which there was. And they screwed up our order. Two people, younger, were smoking cigarettes by the back door staring at us while we waited. But they were too busy inside to bring our food out on time. Got it.

Stopped by at 7:30pm July 23rd and the employee working headset and taking payment was great. A+ customer service. I could recognize him from previous trips just by his voice and enthusiasm. I couldn’t find his name tag but it was a guy with longer black hair. Edit * stopped back through this Mc dons 8-3-2023 10:15 pm and and the same guy was working. Got his name this time. Julian! A + customer service every single time.

While trying to order a birthday meal through the drive-thru, the lady taking orders was really rude and gave no explanations why the meal wasn’t on the menu anymore. I asked her, if its obsolete, then why is it still advertised? No answer. Just a, next window. I’m never going back to McDonald’s for this reason. One person ruins it for all. Ward avenue McDonald’s needs to put this girl under better management, or fire her.

This McDonalds is super clean and new. They are fast to get your order out to you and the food is good. My ONLY complaint is the price. The price of what i normally get has literally doubled in price making it not worth buying almost in my opinion. For fast food though the food is good. I so haven’t had my order be wrong now in a long time when they used to mess it up almost everytime so whether you changed with the drive thru… It works!

Pleasantly surprised with this McDonald’s location on a number of aspects including friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen, modern and updated design and aesthetics and well constructed sandwiches and meals. The service was quick, the parking lot is large and well maintained and even other customers were polite – a seldom occurrence from McDonald’s!

When I went to order, I saw a manager just standing around watching the workers stress over all the orders, I believe his name was Eddie but he atleast could help the workers out a bit instead of standing around and criticizing. Happy with my food but the workers are treated poorly by the managers

This is probably my favorite McDonald’s, specifically because of the people that work there. They are always friendly and you can tell it’s because they enjoy their job, which makes me think the management is really taking care of the employees. The food is usually really fresh and I’ve never had them mess-up my order.

McDonald’s is always a go to for my grandbabies. On this day we arrived to find only one lane open through the drive through and it dinner hour . 5:30pm. Lines were long and not moving even at a turtles pace. I hade to listen to one of my granddaughters screaming for 15 minutes while just trying to get two happy meals. Not a good experience .

Went through the drive thru around 10 pm got cheese burgers fries and 4pc chicken nuggets. Burgers ok fries not so much they were not even hot it’s like they’ve been sitting around quite some time. If you want fresh fries or nuggets ask them to cook them fresh to order.
