I live close by and since it’s the only place to eat really I unfortunately come here often. You will have long wait times even if you order ahead. I was banned by the GM from ordering my coffee because they didn’t know how to ring up my order. I get a caramel frappe and like a LITTLE milkshake mixed in. I ordered it multiple times and would get rude comments from the staff about it and then was directly told to stop ordering it. I was never rude about ordering it even when the staff was. I’d just ask for a little milkshake mixed in and they acted like it was a big deal every time.

Build Copper
I waited over a half hour for cookies and 2 coffees. The service was absolutely awful there were atleast 8 people working in the back and only one was managing food, drive true, and costumers. We were the only people in the building on a I saw only five cars go through the drive through. The girl who was actually doing her job and helping needs a raise.

Ordered 2 double QP with cheese with lettuce and onions. With a large fry. Made it to window being told card reader was down it would be just a min. Got my sandwich’s. They didn’t have ANY Lettuce or onions. I showed the worker. She said come inside. I’m like no if I wanted to come inside I would have to start with. It’s 75 ish today. My fries were colder than the air. I asked for a refund. She said I would have to come inside and they can remake them. At this point I could have sat down and ordered a meal anywhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.
