What a joke this place is. 4 attempts to make a sandwich. Super special order…no biscuit…difficult order. The guy from the griddle actually came to the window and asked how to make the sandwich….I reassured him that it was the same without the bun. I go to leave and don’t have the meat. Went in this time…and this time he forgot the egg. Supper brilliant staff making food here today. No apology or real service. If this was the first time that this place had been less than satisfactory I wouldn’t be taking the time to write this review. This place needs a reboot, new management and real oversight.

Very very disappointed. Went through the drive-Thur for a late lunch and not only was our order was wrong, but they made us wait 12 minutes in a parking spot for our food. Ordered 2 burgers with no cheese and got cheese. Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with sweet&sour sauce and got nine nuggets and no sauce. You’d have better luck going to Arby’s next door.

These are the apple slices that I paid for… Never go here without checking the bag before you leave because they will screw it up.

I ordered through McDonald’s mobile application. The app crashed before I could check-in. McDonald’s made my food anyway. I asked a McDonald’s employee about my order, but he walked away. There’s no way to check in after the application crashes. The application help instructions don’t tell you that you must enter the store if the application crashes.

This is the second time that we have gone there and had stuff missing from the order, cold or under cooked food. We would go to a different one but there isn’t another one for 80 miles.
