Horrible service from a male manager after I came in and let them know I got the wrong food after going thru drive thru. Blamed it on me for ordering wrong. No sir, my order was correct on the screen and paid for accordingly. Your employee didn’t look or verify what I was being given. But to shout throughout the restaurant that I ordered wrong was your answer. Do better!

Placed an order at drive thru around 9 pm 6/15 and ordered the 2 for $3 and a large fry. Line went fast and after I paid and got to the window for my food I was told to go to spot 1 waiting on fries. I pulled into spot 1 and after 7 minutes of waiting and watching all the cars behind me leave I went in. Ignored by 3 associates when I was standing at the counter. 2 minutes later someone comes to the counter with a bag and repeats my order and I say I’ve been waiting 7 minutes in spot 1 and had to come in and all I get is a sorry. I get home which is 3 minutes away and all my food including the “fresh” fries were stone cold. Even though it’s convenient I will never go to that McDs again. What should have happened was to give me all new food after I explained how long I was waiting for them to bring me out my food.

I went through the drive through to get an iced coffee this morning. I drive up to the pay window and the first thing the guy who took my money says is “you look grumpy today” – mind you, I had a normal expression on my face, had no intention of trying to look “grumpy” – tell me how is that ok to say to a customer, especially in the morning when people are waking up? You are working at a place serving people breakfast to start their day…and you think telling someone they look grumpy is going to start their day right? That’s hurtful to people when you are making an outright verbal assumption before even taking the time to talk to the person.

Ratings based on the fact that it’s McDonald’s and I get what I expect, it’s not the $100 steak house, but I’ve spent considerably more and been disappointed. Love the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, can’t be beat!
