The big mac’s bottom bun was too hard to eat. It’s like it had been frozen or stale. While the french fries seemed fresh, there were only a few long fries. Most were pieces and had hard pointy ends. Tables were not wiped clean.

We just went through the drive thru and our fries were not edible due to the amount of salt on them. I sent my son inside with the fries to exchange and he had to endure the staff bullying him that there was not too much salt on the fries and laughing. A staff member did end up switching out the fries after my son was belittled. Terrible customer service!
