My favorite McDonald’s! Service is great. Food is hot and fresh. Drive-thru moves well. Counter was staffed. Kiosks aren’t too difficult to use. Not sure how to use a coupon, or if I earned points in the app.

Me go to Taco Bell yesterday, and oh boy, what an experience it was! I ordered a beefy nacho griller, but instead, they give me a crunchy taco with lettuce and cheese. Confused, I go back and tell the person at the counter, but they say they no can exchange because they already give me food. So, I take the crunchy taco with lettuce and cheese and eat it anyway.

Just ONCE, ONCE I’d like to go through here on my way home and my order be what I ordered!! I pick up for people here at least 2 to 3 times a wk and I shouldn’t NEED to ck every bag b4 I leave the parking lot. Every SINGLE time something is missing or wrong. Tonight I ordered 2 fish sandwiches with tarter on side. I got 2 fish with EXTRA TARTER on sandwiches. So soggy couldn’t even eat.

Didn’t get my order right then made me go back around though the drive thur just to get a fry. Wouldn’t let me pay and get it right there. Worst Manager and customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’ll never go back to that McDonald’s again. Which sucks because it the closest to my house.
