The staff is extremely slow and are constantly rude. I have to tell them how to make my coffee all the time because their employees show very little work ethic and interest in doing their job correctly. I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes today, for the lady at the window to make me hold to take my order when I got up there, for them to tell me I could no longer order breakfast. I drove away and will never be going back to McDonald’s again.

Service was top notch with an adult-led group of employees. Attached to a gas station and set up as an over-the-road truck stop location. It’s still McDonald’s food, but was freshly made and hot. And they didn’t forget anything!

This is the third time our order was messed up. Will not be back again. First time wrong order. The second time everything was cold and the third time chicken sandwich burnt bun and only pickles on it . On their sign show you two chicken sandwich, fries and a coke which looks like a full meal but when you order it they tell you that is two different meals. Not very good advertising leads you to think it’s one meal.

You made the funniest and most kind people at the checkout at McDonald’s I have never laughed so hard talking to the people at the drive-thru desk. The ones in Appleton are so kind and funny and the ones and Oshkosh out equally funny and give the most interesting advice on what to get… good advice!!! Like when you get a caramel frappe ask for an extra shot of expresso it makes a big difference

Came through the drive thru as I typically do. Ordered a large iced latte. I did not just order the cream and sugar that goes in it. But that’s basically all I got. 2 shots of espresso for a large latte. Not 1 or half of one. It’s not rocket science, it’s your job.

I used the kiosk to order and pay for my dinner. Asked to dine in. This went smoothly. Paid, took my number, and grabbed my drink. I sat down at a booth and had a difficult time finding a clean one. While the tables had only a few other patrons and I took out my Kindle to download some titles while I waited. Amazing a half hour passed with no one bringing my food. I asked an employee sweeping the floor if they were busy, and they looked confused but stated, “No.” Then a manager overheard this and swiftly walked over, asking for my receipt. By this time, I was the only one remaining by 6 pm. She grabbed my food, bagged, and apologized. I opened it, cold, and was the wrong items.I reported this! And was given fresh fish and a full refund.
