Too bad there’s not a ZERO star option. Two cars ahead of me placed orders and pulled ahead. Three cars served in the right lane so I drove ahead and asked why, she said someone stepped away so only the right lane was taking orders. I said so the line of cars in the left lane weren’t going to be told that? I got the deer in the headlights look from her as I drove away to head for Hardees. I will NEVER go back to that McFlatulence again. Too many mistakes. Wrong food orders…even after verbally verifying the order with me prior to handing it to me. Really? Life is short. Don’t waste a minute there.

If I could give a zero I would. Went tonight to order three shamrock shakes and was told that I could not order three of them in the drive thru, that it would be too much work for them. They told me if I needed more then two that I would have to get back in the drive thru line again and order again. Asked to speak to a manager and the lady at the drive thru said that was her. She didn’t seem interested in making a sale or helping me. We left and took our business somewhere else. Very bad customer service. Lost a customer!

Been living here for 2 years in Faribault. After countless times trying to order shakes, smoothies, frappes, I am now officially telling people that this location DOES NOT SELL ANY of these products. I don’t know if it just takes too much maintenance or too much time to make it while your in drive through, but I do know that they are never accessible. Faribault has two Dairy Queens go there instead. The ice cream’s better anyways.
