I’m a courier, and I got a bloody nose in the middle of my route. I mean, this thing was gushing. It looked like someone hit me in the face with a bat. I had a delivery at the Verizon shop next door. So, I pulled over and ran into their bathroom, which was preem for McD’s. The only complaint is that they have single ply, which isn’t great for bloody noses. Well, single ply isn’t good for anything, to be honest. I got frustrated and cleaned up as much blood as I could while still leaking from my face and asked them for napkins, which they kindly obliged. BEST AND KINDEST SERVICE EVER.

I went to the drive thru at 8:34 pm on 5/4/23, I ordered two sweet teas and a sprite. They told me that they ran out of sweet tea and would not make anymore. I thought McDonald’s served a full menu until they closed. Guess that is not the case in Mora, MN.

They ask if you’ll be using My Rewards, you say no, then they tell you they’ll be right back (where are they going?), and 2 minutes later you leave without ordering. This has happened to me at this McDonald’s 3 times this year.

This store is operated by a lot of teenage cooks & teenage Cashiers who are rude slow disrespectful to customers who are paying there money I waited over 10 min for a quarter pounder no cheese after waiting it had double cheese. The Managers are worst than the kids running the store. The only Manager that keep this store on point is Delores & she needs to run this store & everyone in it.
