came here in the morning to get a iced caramel coffee and a egg mcmuffin the lady with glasses blonde and a purple button shirt manager gave us a coke instead. When we asked her for the coffee instead she was like “oh wow” then couldn’t even look at us in the eye when we got the coffee which was the wrong coffee btw. couldn’t even say thanks have a nice day. I work in customer service and have a lot better service. We all have to work so why fuss over it when most of us are going to work coming through the drive through in the am.

I’m not sure if they play games throwing the burgers to see if they make it on the bun or what, but burgers are always hanging off the bun. The last two times the buns have been very dry. Fries are only warm about 25% of the time. Orders are rarely ever right. It’s worth the drive to go to a different location.

I just don’t understand how someone doesn’t realize the cheese/meat aren’t proportionate, leaning tower of Pisa, at best! It’s frustrating going to eat on-the-go and have to pull over to reconstruct a burger and wipe off ingredients I asked them not to put on my burger. Didn’t have any apple pies made so we couldn’t get one, then we ordered a slushee. We paid then got to the second window and they said none of the machines were “working”. Then we got halfway home looked at our food and our sandwich with no cheese had cheese, our regular pop was actually diet and my sandwich was missing mustard. I called and they said they can send us a coupon for one free meal but it won’t come for awhile cause they only mail out on Friday’s and it’s Saturday today. The fries were fresh and really good so that’s a plus. Usually have way better service here.
