This has to be my first five star for a McDonalds restaurant. It was recently remodeled and it’s beautiful inside. The nicest I have seen for a McDonald’s. We stopped for breakfast on a long road trip. Food was hot and decent. Staff was very courteous. Long line for drive thru but nobody inside.

The absolutely worst service ever!!! Haven’t heard back from any managers. We were in on 6/25/2023 @ 5:17 PM, we were going to dine in until the manager or shift lead was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! We had the buy 1 get 1 quarter pounder. We ordered the quarter pounder meal to get the free sandwich, other stores honor it. WELL this manager came up to help the cashier and states that we couldn’t do that, and I said I didn’t know, her comment was, I’m not arguing with you, I’ll do it this time. I DID NOT argue at all. She just snapped. I did ask the other Asian manager for this gals name, gives me the excuse that she’s been working a lot and short staffed. I don’t care, you DO NOT speak to a customer that way. If she would have given me time I would have changed the order easily. She then proceeded to go help in the kitchen. Funny thing is, when we got the quarter pounders, we couldn’t even eat them as they were LOADED with salt. We feel she intentionally did that. Lost another couple customers and will also share the experience with friends and family. If I could give negative stars I would. I do the same kind of work as she does. We’ve been short several times, still totally uncalled for

This is a very busy location but then again I’ve only been here twice and I was there in the morning getting close to the time before breakfast ends. Thankfully they have to aisles that accept orders and it honestly goes pretty dang fast so I will be going back here for breakfast. Check mark stamp of approval given

Like to shout this McDonald’s out! I’m an veteran and a truck driver, and I get only 1 day a week off. I like giving this McDonald’s my business. The manager Andrew, and crew show great customer service. They never rush me or make me leave when, I stay play my laptop all day on their non busy days. Food is always good and the internet is amazing to game on. Thanks for letting me hang and relax.

My partner and I live close by, we are here at least once a day for coffee or pop. Today we got food a McMuffin, hashbrown, oatmeal. We got our order and the oatmeal was missing, no big deal we went back they gave it to us. My partner was eating the oatmeal and found a large black hair in it. So gross he actually threw up. We went back and got a refund.

If only I can give a zero star. Poor service and sloppy job. Ordered two fries and they only put down I order 1 only.( no receipt at cashier) then after I go pick up, realized only 1 fries and ask the young employee why I only get one. Then she handed me the receipt and walk away with no explanation. Then she realized that I was still there and came back with a rude attitude and said “ what? Did you want to order one?” Then laugh it off. Please teach your employees some manners next time!

I ordered a shamrock mcflurry…..definitely didn’t get what was pictured. I got soft served ice cream with oreo crumbs added and green peppermint syrup poured all over the top. They failed to mix it all together. Might be petty to write a review about but really? You couldn’t atleast mix the stuff together?
