Staff just walk by and ignore everyone now. Order online or on a kiosk. No food for you if you need any assistance from a person. I ordered online fore pick up inside. Waited…waited…waited… Finally they tossed some bags on the counter. I inspected them, they were mine. They didn’t give me my drinks/cups. I asked for them. They made me pull up my phone, pull up the order and show them because apparently they couldn’t read their own screen. That was the only time any employees acknowledged my existence-to accuse me of trying to steal fountain drinks.

Terrible customer service. It’s one thing to received barely warm, undercooked, stale tasting chicken nuggets. To then have the cashier argue with us for 5 minutes about what constitutes a cooked chicken nugget and refuse to replace with warm food was pretty wild.

Drove thru and of course the one time I did not check my bags they forgot the sauce for the nuggets. I could maybe see if I only ordered 1 nugget, but I ordered 2-10 piece nuggets and a 6 piece! That is very bad. Savage McDonald’s you better do better, you aren’t the only McDonald’s in town!

It’s mind blowing to me that McDonalds would encourage folks to download their app and use kiosks to order and then WHEN the system gives you rewards or deals (such as free sauce/condiments) with purchase and it’s reflected in the receipt, employees at this location want to change the rules and claim the app didn’t charge me correctly and I need to pay ? IF something says $0.00 then that means it was free not that the system incorrectly didn’t charge me. Just like their receipts will show a mcchicken for $2.19 and a second for $1.00 as part of their BOGO deal.

Park Walks
It hit the things that were important to me: clean play area (even the bathroom in the play area!), an easy to use self order station which is helpful when with kids, and the lady who brought my food was friendly and even ran to get me a water. It wasn’t too busy either which was nice.
