I’m giving it one star just because they tried to charge me for sauce for my fries. McDonald’s is already expensive enough without them nickel-and-diming me for dipping sauce for my to-go order. The bun on the burger I ordered had the taste and texture of a cheap sponge. Never going to this or any other McDonald’s again.

Really poor dine-in experience. I’m not sure the folks in the back knew we were there or not, but one of the employees was loudly cursing and speaking negatively about past and current employees. Food was fine, space was somewhat clean, but overall was not a welcoming experience.

We ordered three meals. 2 for us and also a meal for our granddaughter. One was a filet O fish. We got home opened up the filet O fish box and inside was a Burger with tarter sauce and cheese. Seriously? So my husband brought it back and the manager said what do you want me to do? His meal was at home getting cold dealing with this. He said welll you could get the meal right and replace it. Then explained his was at home now cold so he said for all this you should take some money off. The manager said I can’t take any money off, I just got here so I don’t know what happened. This was not true. He was there when we ordered so he lied also. After dealing with all this he got his meal replaced and the filet o fish. This took about 20 minutes for the manager to get this right. I don’t know what happened to customer service? It’s clearly not important there. Especially at Waconia. It’s sad that this is what the young employees are taught.
