Today I went in to McDonald’s which is almost always great, but today I was greeted by a horrible women, Zoraida I believe, she told me that I had to use the kiosk which I would but I had a special order. I hadn’t complained as I know that working in a busy atmosphere is hard. I tell her I can’t and that’s it a special order so she tells me that she can’t take my order and I will have to wait. I was fine with waiting, as I wasn’t calling out to her nor complaining. She had no reason to be rude to me and my family. If I come back and someone else takes care of me I will change this review.

I ordered food on 4/15 through the app for when I visited my mother as I do not live in wayzata. They messed up my order and didn’t not give me an item I ordered. I tried contacting support through the app. Over a week went by so I sent another email. Finally on 4/22 I get a call from the store. Initially she was implying it was my fault for not contacting them on 4/15 but I told her I did and I have the email proof that I did. She apologize and said that she would speak to a supervisor and call me back within an hour. A day goes by but she calls back saying that because I do not live in wayzata and I do not come often except once every few months to see my mother that I could call them when I place an order for my mom with my account and she would add a free meal to my order and that she worked Tuesday- Saturday. I call today (Saturday) and she was not working so I was explaining the situation to a person who said they are the manager working today. She was very rude and said “this is a one time thing and next time make sure you do this the right way.” This is the first time I have had this issue and it was not my fault they made a mistake on their end in the first place. A situation that was completely handled by a manager there already has now became a customer service issue because of who they have working today with her rude attitude and unnecessary words. I was only calling there as that is what I was told to do and I’m being treated like a criminal. The girl did not want to do it and said we cannot know what bag of delivery this goes in. But I’m sure that not everyone ordering online ordered the exact same thing. I know McDonald’s is a fast food place but they need to be more aware of who they are hiring and how they deal with customers, I’m a manger myself and I would never imply it’s a customer fault when we made a mistake on our end. Only giving one star because the initial person I spoke with resolved the issue. Would give 0 for whomever I spoke with today. Not only that, but then tried to tell the dasher that she was waiting over 15 minutes for my food because I added to it- which is laughable as I call the store as soon as the order was placed. Dasher said they were all over the place when she went to grab the food.

I am extremely disappointed with the subpar service I received from McDonald’s. I requested a Spicy McChicken meal, two sandwiches, and the Classic Cheeseburger Pack. All the items were carelessly shoved into a box, resulting in squished food. The fries were also unpleasantly cold. Additionally, I was not provided any dipping sauce for the nuggets that were supposed to come with the Cheeseburger Pack. To make matters worse, my order was missing the Spicy McChicken, and when I went to retrieve it, the replacement burger was served without the promised sauce. Overall, I am thoroughly dissatisfied, and I believe that McDonald’s owes me the food that I had already paid for.

Usually very busy and very clean. The parking lot is perpetually beyond capacity. Sometimes they get your order wrong by a bit (delux mc crispy vs bacon ranch mc crispy) however the food is always fresh and seems to be of slightly larger proportions somehow.

One of these things is not like the other. This sandwich costs $4.00 or $3.99 at this location. When I first ordered this sandwich, I was disappointed that they didn’t put a lot of BBQ sauce on the sandwich like I’ve gotten before and like it shows in the commercials. I thought it was a mistake so I ordered the sandwich again, this time asking for the proper amount of BBQ sauce which then forced me to have an unnecessarily long conversation with the person taking my order about wanting the correct amount of BBQ sauce not “extra” BBQ sauce for an additional charge of .30. Now the money isn’t the issue here. I have .30 to pay for that but it’s the principle of the matter. I am not going to pay you extra for an already overpriced sandwich so you can add more BBQ that should have already been on there. I mean stop ripping us off! Why is it so hard to give us what we pay for? McRib, more like McFib! Maybe the other locations put the correct amount of BBQ sauce on their McRibs, I don’t know but enough is enough.

Food is dry compared to every other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Cheese isn’t melted and buns are dry. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Customer service is inexcusable and employees are scary and make me very uncomfortable. It concerns me to even go through this drive through in my town. It’s not worth the food, or what you have to put up with, with employees.

McDonald’s is alright enough. Orders come to around the $6 mark every time. It’s kinda like KFC next door & Einstein Bagels down the street. Restrooms work & staff is sensible & helpful. Purchase the 6-piece chicken nuggets combo meal
