Forgot to put chicken nuggets in the bag at the drive through. Went in and they looked at me like I was trying to steal. Than did a pick up order and food was sitting on the counter but they acted like they didn’t even make it yet. Service is awful and their shake machine is always broke.

We waited 20 minutes for chocolate shakes that were like dirty water, you could see through them. The order machine did not give a receipt, “it’s broken” said the staff member. So when we cancelled the see through shakes they shorted us $4.00 because we couldn’t prove how much we paid without the receipt because we hadn’t been given one. The whole place was in pandemonium state.

Ridiculously overpriced for portions that are smaller than ever and quality of food is subpar. The new owner who lives in Germany is taking advantage of an American staple. McDonald’s has built its name and reputation on kid-friendly cost efficient quality food. I spend on average 10 to $15 more and McDonald’s for two people. Then it would be for us to go to a restaurant and we get more food at the restaurant and is better quality.

If I had to wait the whole time for the cookies to bake it would of been nice to be told that there aren’t any and we need to bake them. I would of cancelled them rather than have to wait 15 minutes for them. They aren’t that good anyway. Poor service. 4 out of 5 times they screw up my order.

If you are going to park a vehicle for items that aren’t cooked, please ensure that the sandwiches/fries that are available don’t get cold while you make nuggets. I was parked for over 5 minutes the other day and was given soggy fries and a luke-warm burger due to your crew workers negligence. I expect my entire meal to be fresh and ready, and if it isn’t ready when I reach the 2nd window, make sure everything is hot when you hand it off to me, not 1/3 of my items.
