Only went through the drive through. Impressive and surprisingly efficient DUAL drive through. Packed when we got there but zipped rt threw and had hot food. Fries were fresh and delicious. Sometimes you go to a McD’s and fries are hard and cold. These were obviously fresh made. I was impressed with the overall speed and quality.

Used an app coupon. $2 breakfast sandwich. While ordering told cashier to use the coupon with the egg McMuffin. Instead, it used the coupon for the sandwich that cost less than the coupon, so I was actually charged more for the sandwich using the coupon. This cost me $4 dollars more in total because of their incompetence. Manager was no help, just kept repeating that oh, I don’t know why it does that. How disgusting and unfortunate. Stay away until they hire people that are not idiots.

Lady at the drive through could not hear us even though we were speaking loud and clear, they made us pull up to the second window to wait for our food, they first got our order mixed up, they then handed us a oreo frappe instead of a shake, it took over 15 minutes to get our food in the drive through, my original crispy chicken sandwich came with a piece of chicken and two pickles, no Mayo no tomatoes and no lettuce, ver disappointed

Where to start, being a location in Moose Lake a slower town than the cities makes you think the service and cleanliness would be much better. We waited to get an order for almost 10 minutes and then the people who came in after waiting about the same when almost 5 employees where talking back in the kitchen looked at them and ignored them. I will say the food was hot which is rare in the cities but in regards to the cleanliness being a manager of a food establishment for 8 years disgusts me and almost made me ask for a towel and clean the lobby for their lazy employee’s just talking behind the counter. 2 stars for at least the hot food.
