We waited 15 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, 2 medium fries, and a 20 piece chicken mcnugget order. Originally they tried to give us someone else’s order and the drive thru staff acted like it was funny. She then had us pull ahead. They waited on at least 10 cars in the meanwhile. When our food was finally brought out by another employee, it was all cold. I asked her to send out a manager. The male manager who came out said there was nothing he could do and that he was busy “doing truck” however there was no truck there.

Probably the most unprofessional and rude McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I had to repeat my mobile code to 3 different people because I think the first two didn’t know what it was. And then after I gave the third one the code he didn’t say anything back so I said hello after a few minutes and he responds. What can I do for you in the most rude way. I’ll never be stopping here again. I’ll just wait till I get back to Rochester and go to their McDonald’s.

Surely this must be the person working in the grill area’s way of venting frustration because it was busy. Surely he/she isn’t so stupid they used 2 bottom buns to make my sandwich. Big Mac was missing toppings. Chicken sandwich was drowning in spicy sauce when it was supposed to be a regular. Took them back to get the right ones, took several minutes to get anyone’s attention. The employee was cordial and took them back. Twenty-five minutes later, we got our replacement. Chicken sandwich looked like they threw it into the box, I asked for silverware so I could scoop it back together. Big Mac was luke warm. Sad, this used to be one of the better McDonald’s in the area.
