Horrible workers. They messed up our order by giving us an egg McMuffin (two at that) with only an egg. Nothing else. When I went back they didn’t apologize or anything. Extremely rude. Don’t recommend this location.

Downtown Winona location has to be the slowest McDonald’s in the world! It’s hard to pick up/ be on time with door dash orders when I’m sitting in line for over 20 min. This location is closest to my home and I won’t even come here on my personal time because driving to a different location is still faster! Maybe it’s time to open lobbys back up I’m pretty sure the pandemic is over!

What’s the point of having the curbside pick up in the alley, if you have to go through the entire drive thru just to get there due to employees blocking the alley. Also the past 2 times alone I have ordered the toy is missing from the happy meal. And of course no one answers the phone.

I also was there today this morning it was a quick service and everyone was doing there job and every place we go to every one have to get it in there mind and not everyone wants to cook all the time and if you want a good day just make sure you follow what you have to do stop and breathe and get it done and easy manner then everything thing will be good

Just went there and the burgers were so salty, they must of dropped the whole shaker on them and the tomato on the deluxe was the size of a dime with the stem on it. Very disappointed and we were the only ones the at the drive up. Not happy And wondering why the chocolate milkshake machine is always broken?
