Ordered a meal for my family and myself. Service was subpar. Asked for no cheese on my hamburger and it shows on my receipt that I ordered it this way and yet it came with cheese on it. Went through the drive thru, never given a receipt, not even in the bag. Bag was wide open when she handed me the food, not folded over at all. Got home the fries tasted really bad, like the oil needs to be changed. This was last night on 2-21-23. I can’t prove anything cause I was never given a receipt. Very slow in getting the food too

Hot and fast food! I feel like what my dad says is true, you’re more likely to write a bad review when you have a bad experience then write a good review when you have a good experience. This McDonald’s deserves a redeeming review because they were on point tonight! Around 9:30pm, mobile order, fast and hot food and all FRESH! Best McDonald’s experience in awhile actually! Also friendly employees! Will be back as long as they keep this up but the team working tonight did an outstanding job!!! Fast, hot, fresh, correct and friendly service what more could you possibly want??
