Went through the drive thu 5/17 around 4:30 and had the worst experience I have ever had. There were only two cars in frount of us the wait was about 10 minutes, after ordering. 2 drinks and a cheeseburger. got to the window the guy hands me my drinks and go’s to close the window I stopped him and said I didn’t get the cheeseburger he told me I didn’t order one but I had, he closed the window a few minutes later a girl with dark hair and glasses opened the window practically throwing a bag out the window and yells at me saying “next time order it!!” Not only was this rude beyond belief but incredibly insulting. I am not proud of my response but after nearly being hit by the bag I pulled ahead and went in to find a manager. I wanted an apology. When the manager got the girl she was not going to apologize then said” sorry but you can’t make me mean it.” In the snidest way imaginable. We ended up throwing the burger out with her attitude who knows what she did to it.I have also worked fast-food and that kind of thing would not have been tolerated. I have had other issues at this McDonald’s before but nothing like this. I don’t usually do reviews but this disdrespectfulness should not be tolerated!

My quick review of Foley McDonald’s today first off I only paid. $1.25 for my $28 meal because the cashier rang up my meal wrong which was good for me bad for them anyway they did get back at me tho by messing up my chicken sandwich by only giving me two buns 2 pickles and a piece of chicken other then that the experience was okay

The drive thru person chatted to her friend in a car in front of a line of carsI am NOT accustomed to having to yell out my window “chat later”! This was after the vehicle she was chatting with had their food. Having said that, this McDonald’s, particularly during the week, has great food made with attention. Only place I can get a bite of everything on each bite of a Big Mac! And it’s almost always hot! Food was great.

Their drive through isn’t right. I pulled up when there was a lane open I told her my code after she asked and waited and waited for a response. Then a car pulled up AFTER me in the other lane and I could hear her take her order and then told her to pull ahead then she came back to me when she was done and I told her it was ridiculous and then she was rude at window when I was just checking to make sure I had the right food
